FED UP WITH UN- PROFESSIONAL OVER-PRICED INVENTORIES ?

Having worked for various local Agents I can assure you that Agents do not like preparing Inventories as they are time-consuming and their staff could be better employed by letting more properties and therefore making them more money. In my time I have seen the following defects in Inventories:

  • Missing Rooms, Gardens, Outhouses, Porches, Garages
  • Missing Descriptions
  • Poor Photographs
  • Photographs for one room inserted into another
  • Meters not read
  • Keys omitted

Southend Inventory Clerk has the time and the patience to provide a full independent combined written and photographic inventory to the standards required by ARLA  and  all rent deposit schemes. Please remember that without an Inventory you will not be able to prove your case with whichever Deposit Scheme you choose to use therefore any adjudication will be made in favour of your  former tenant(s). Furthermore, when you use Southend Inventory Clerk you cannot  be accused of bias by the Dispute Service when submitting evidence for a Deposit Dispute.

When you take into consideration the time it takes to prepare an Inventory and the possible hassle and time-consuming negotiations, if your tenant disputes your findings following the check-out can you afford NOT to use Southend Inventory Clerk's Services? Remember that the cost of your Inventory is tax deductible.

Your Inventory will be emailed to you in a PDF format, together with other observations to ensure you do not fall foul with current Lettings/Deposit Legislation .  Upon request a hard copy will also be prepared.
